Assessment and Weight Loss Plan
A one-hour confidential and comprehensive assessment of your current eating pattern and lifestyle, and a personalized plan to assist you in reaching your weight goals. The plan will outline your healthy eating pattern and provide recommended guidelines for a balanced food intake level to maximize your weight loss. It will highlight your individual priority focus areas for change.
8-Week Weight Loss Program
Five personalized and confidential one-on-one counselling sessions, including an initial 1-hour comprehensive assessment to fine-tune your individual program and recommendations, followed by four additional ½ hour bi-weekly sessions.
14-Week Weight Loss Program
Nine personalized and confidential one-on-one counselling sessions, including an intial 1-hour comprehensive assessment to fine-tune your individual program and recommendations, followed by eight additional session – two weekly ½ hour sessions and six bi-weekly 15-minute sessions.
All Programs Include:
- Review of goals, medical history, food preferences, activity level
- On-going food tracking and evaluation
- Personalized report cards tracking weight, body fat, body water and other health indicators
- Supplement recommendations when appropriate
- Meal and snack ideas and tips
- Any other topics related to your individual health goals
- On-going e-mail support
Many clients request, and benefit from, on-going support and follow-up once their initial programs are complete. Packages of 8 15-minute sessions can be purchased and scheduled as needed– weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or any other arrangement that meets individual needs.
